MMC Depot will not accept any returned product without a prior Return Authorization Number. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to receive your RGA Number. The customer will be responsible for return freight charges. Custom orders are not returnable unless the product is defective. All returns must be made no later than 30 days from the ship date. Cancellations may only be accepted prior to effective production date. Returns resulting from revised customer decision will be subject to 25% restocking fee.
